Booking Policy

To secure your appointment, full payment is required at the time of booking.

Cancellations & Rescheduling

Cancellations or reschedules must be made at least 24 hours before your appointment. Cancellations made within 24 hours will be charged in full. To cancel or reschedule, please use the log in.

Late Arrivals

Please aim to arrive on time. If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, you may be refused service at my discretion and charged in full.

No-Shows

Failure to attend your appointment without prior notice will be charged in full.

Why these policies exist

My time is reserved exclusively for you. Late cancellations and no-shows prevent other clients from being seen in that slot. I appreciate your understanding.
